What is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental space. It supports deeper insight and self-awareness, uncovering underlying patterns and repressed thoughts and emotions, while developing more intuitive ways of responding that support meaningful shifts.

We move at a pace that feels right for you, exploring the deeper layers of your experiences while discovering new ways of responding and relating, all while staying grounded and supported.
You remain in control of the pace and depth of our work. I honour your autonomy throughout the process, and we can always pause or shift direction if something doesn’t feel right. This is a safe, open, and non-judgmental space where you can share at your own pace and only what feels comfortable for you.

I believe therapy can support individuals in reconnecting with their own inner healer, helping them develop a deeper sense of trust within themselves while expanding their sense of self beyond the limitations of past patterns. You are always in control throughout our sessions, and I honour the pace and direction that feels right for you within the process.

Initial Consultation
A complimentary 30-minute virtual consultation is offered as a space to connect and get to know each other. In this casual and informal conversation, you’re welcome to ask any questions, talk about what led you to reach out, and learn more about the approach. There is no obligation or pressure, as this is simply a time to explore whether it feels like a good fit.
First Session
The first session focuses on exploring what feels most present for you, understanding your current challenges and personal history. How much you choose to share is entirely guided by your comfort level.
Ongoing Sessions
Session frequency can be discussed collaboratively based on your needs. Each session creates space to bring in what feels most present, intuitive, or challenging.
Sessions support insight and awareness, while allowing space for processing and developing strategies, based on what feels most supportive in the moment.

Therapy can vary for each person. We work together to understand needs and goals, and the length may be shaped by pace, processing and integration, and the depth of exploration.
You may begin to notice shifts in how you understand yourself, how you relate to your inner experiences, and how you connect with others in ways that feel more authentic to you. Progress is often gradual and not always linear, and we will check in along the way to reflect on what feels different or meaningful.
There is no pressure to talk about anything before you feel ready. You can share at your own pace, and only what feels comfortable. You are always in control of what you choose to share, and any discomfort can be voiced at any time. We can pause, shift, or revisit certain areas later when it feels more intuitive, allowing things to unfold at a pace that feels right for you.
